Melanie Nemetz has been working in real estate sales for twenty one years.  For the last ten years Melanie has been offering staging services to her clients listing their homes for sale.  Melanie has seen first hand the increased ROI (return on investment) for the staging services and how happy sellers are at the price they were able to fetch on the sale of their home and how much faster the homes sold.  The unexpected part is how excited the buyer was because they could envision what the home would look like for them as the new owners.  

After a decade of this level of success, Melanie founded Teal Stage and Design as a higher level of service for not only sellers when selling their home, but also for those who don’t plan to sell but want to renovate their home.
